Borra Caves – Real Beauty and Peace

Its a deep cave in which there is a an opening. A huge river is flowing nearby making beautiful splashes in the water. The stairs are made to move inside the cave with marbles. The cave is formed by the river long ago and now the course of the river is changed. There are lots of monkeys inside the caves but they don’t disturb the tourists as such. One more interesting fact is when one looks up then there is an opening where there are lots of bats flying. It’s a real beauty. They are too high. The whole cave is properly lit. Some Idols of lord Shiva and all are kept. The cave is to big and even an hour is short for complete travel. There are different rocks all around of strange shapes and sizes that mesmerizes the travelers.

The water in the cave is also crystal clear. One can see his image. One has lot of space to hide in the cave. Tourists enjoy the game of hide and seek. The sounds made by monkeys and bats are also good as it echoes in the cave. Due to riverbed cave is grooving both from down and up. So the way in the cave at few places is really worth a watch.

Tribal museum is also a good place where one can try its hand at archery and also get familiar with tribal world be it their clothes, usables etc. The tribal painting of the area is also very good. There are beautiful coffee plantations. Another good thing is journey back to the city is through bus so one can see new things on the way. Borra caves in itself a nice package.
