How to Quickly Gain Culture Points in Travian

Once you have established your own account in Travian and have a strong alliance to back you up, the only thing that will bother you at this stage is your growth speed, which is controlled by the culture points. To make a new village you need a certain amount of culture points that just start to look more and more when you already have a lot of villages at your credit. In this small little guide, I will give out a few points to start growing culture points quickly.

• Passive culture points – culture points can be gained from high-level buildings. The highest culture point earner is the townhall and the palace; it earns 192 culture points everyday once you reach level 20. While you can have only one palace, there is certainly no limit of how many townhalls you can create, build one in every village where you find space. Surprisingly the next highest culture point earner is the embassy which we never bother to make, unless you are the alliance leader. Embassy and academy earns 153 culture points each, everyday at level 20. Workshop, marketplace and trade office earns 115 culture points each at level 20.

• Throw parties – Start throwing out parties, the small one, in the townhall everyday. Prefer the small party unless you are being chiefed or chiefing yourself, as large parties give a chiefing advantage. It takes away some resources, but its still worth it. a level 20 townhall will complete a party quicker, so here is another reason why you need a level 20 townhall.

• Chief rather than making new villages yourself – Chiefing a village with all the buildings already there, helps to start producing culture points from the day one. That way you will save yourself a lot of time, because if you form a new village and start growing the buildings and reach high level buildings in a month, you will practically lose a month’s passive culture points that you could have got from a chiefed village.
