India is considered to be one of the most beautiful countries across Asia. Even though there are many countries famous for many things India is considered to be one of the best tourist places across the globe. There are many places in India to visit and in order to visit all places it requires good amount of time. If you are on a holiday for about a month you can cover some of the best tourist spots across the country. In order to come to India outsiders must possess Passport and Visa. Some of the famous tourist spots are nothing but the hill stations. These hill stations are always preferred by people during summer. There is certain period in which it is advised to go to hill stations. India is famous for hill stations and Shimla is no exceptional. It is one of the famous hill stations and has a peak time from early January to middle of March.

You can reach Shimla either by road, rail or by airways. You need to reach New Delhi by air and from there you need to go by road. In order to climb the mountain you need to take either a cab or use cart. Any time between October and November is considered to be the best time to be in Shimla. Some of the other places to visit near Shimla are Fagu, Narkanda, Naldehra, and Chail etc. Shimla has some of the most beautiful rivers. Shimla is a hill station and the places near to it are at a height of 7000 feet.
One place people should never miss to go in India is Shimla because of its scenery and its snow. People who have been seeing hot weather for months will really have a good time in Shimla because of its snow. During those October to March most of the time you can see snow in the mountains, which is a splendid view to watch and play. Chail, which is 45 kilometers away from Shimla, is known for its greenery. A wild life sanctuary is also located in that place. You can also find the palace in this place, which is that of Maharaja of Patiala. This palace is now converted into a hotel. During winters chail greenery will be covered by snow. Tattapani is known for its waters and you can find people fishing in this spot. Trees like Oak and Pine are a lot in Shimla. One reason why people prefer Shimla is for its greenery and snow.
