Article 377 – Government Leaves Gay Sex Decision on Supreme Court

Divided Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh decided not to interfere with the decision of Court and left the gay sex issue to Supreme Court, which will deal with it on October 1. Delhi High Court had earlier made the gay sex legal by lifting certain things from the article 377 that made homosexuality ok in India. Read more
